[FR] desktopapplications: walker action for desktops' actions. #258

Description

@mufasachan

I have some application - PWA, Firefox, Thunderbird etc.. - that have interesting actions - "Compose new email", "Open new private window", etc.. - which are Desktop entries' actions, see Actions= key. and Action spec.
I think it would be interesting to have a desktopapplications action open-actions that opens a submenu with the Desktop entry's actions. Such that I can open a submenu from an entry with a keybind e.g. Alt+Enter.

Currently, elephant has show_actions configuration which adds these actions as results, but it clutters the results space. Most of the time, I do not want to even see the "Open new private window" when I type "Firefox".
Another way to see this, you can right-click on desktop entries icons with GNOME to have access to the entry's actions. This desktopapplications:open-actions bound to some keybind would have the same role with walker/elephant.
