Updating conda-forge package to 0.3.1 (from 0.2.24)

• llama-cpp-python is at version 0.2.24 on anaconda.org/conda-forge/llama-cpp-python
• Obviously, the 0.2.24 version misses a lot of functionalities and fixed issues found in v0.3.1
• Would it be possible to have a conda package (osx / win-64) for v0.3.1?
