Hey, Yes, they will interact through your support email, right now it only supports email channel. For installation you can check the documentation - https://libredesk.io/docs/installation/ Post installation you will have to setup your email inbox (SMTP to send out email and IMAP to scan emails) from the admin section. Hey there
I'm assuming that users will interact with Libredesk through email (eg. support@yourcompany.com). I have seen elsewhere that you are planning other channels too.
However it's not completely clear to a novice helpdesk owner exactly how to set this up...
Any guidance?
