What's New

Encryption - All database secrets (imap / smtp passwords, web-hook secrets etc) are now encrypted.

Translations - New translations: Danish, German, Persian, French, Italian, Japanese.

OAuth for inboxes - Support for Microsoft & Google email accounts with OAuth.

Shared views - Create views that can be shared with all agents or specific teams. New admin pages to manage shared views.

Draft auto save - Drafts now auto-save while composing replies, including attachments and macro actions.

New permission - New conversations:read_team_all permission lets agents see all conversations assigned to their team, even if no specific agent is assigned.

Resizable conversation panels - You can now adjust width of conversation view panels.

Sortable table headers - Data tables now support column sorting.

Email threading improvements - Better matching of incoming emails to existing conversations using subject references and plus-addressing (e.g. inbox+conv-uuid@domain.com)

UI tweaks - Dark/light mode color and layout improvements.

What's Fixed

• Agent permissions not updating when roles were modified or deleted and required an app restart.

⚠️ Important: Upgrade notes

This version adds encryption to Libredesk. You must add an encryption key under app in your config.toml.

Example:

Real good work! Found a slight issue with the Microsoft OAuth URL, prompt=consent is in there, which means that even if an app has been granted permissions through entra as an admin it will still re-prompt it to be logged in, if it is a non-admin user they cant do it so you get stuck. My current work around is to manually amend the URL.
