Exit immediately if incorrect input files are given with --meta #1551

Hi. I started a run last night and this morning see an error in the output telling me that the --meta option is incompatible with multiple input files. spades.py could have told me that immediately, right?
Also, it didn't seem possible to restart at the assembly step using all the corrected reads that had been produced, but not in --meta mode. Is that correct?
