ESP32-S3 fails during download

Hi
IDFX is defaulting to 460800 baud rate. However the ESP32-S3 feather board is struggling at this and I have successfully been able to upload at 115200.
115200 is also what is set in menuconfig but cannot seem to set this using the IDFX.

Can you please put option to change baud rate please.
