Migrate dejacode from vulnerabilties to advisories for consuming VCIO API

Migration from vuln based API to advisory based API is in progress right now.

We should plan migration and usage of API in dejacode for same.

@tdruez not yet, we are still in progress. This is a placeholder issue for now. Just to remember that we have to make changes at Dejacode side as well.
