Shouldn't the name be LicenseRef-scancode-scylladb-sal-1.0 (sal instead of sla)?

@armijnhemel on further inspection, I actually chose sla because the license has the specific name of SCYLLADB SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT and I gave it a Short Name of ScyllaDB SLA 1.0. Sorry if that seems inconsistent, but I think it is ok the way it is.
