Handle `extra-words` cases in license detection which are copyrights

We have to handle the copyright here; the copyright is extra-words.

1. we cannot perform copyright detections twice for the same piece of text, but we need to use already detected copyrights for a scan (consider the case where we scan with --license --copyright both)
2. we need to do this only once when we collect unique license detections for the whole codebase so that we don't process the same thing multiple times for every notice (cases where the same notice with extra words in copyrights across the codebase)

Hey @AyanSinhaMahapatra, we want to check whether the extra-words are copyright or not. You are right, we can't perform copyright detections twice, that makes sense. We need to do something.
In the reference , Here the extra-words are

Copyright (c) 2009-2015, Kevin Decker <kpdecker@gmail.com>
All rights reserved.

see. These are the copyright, we need to handle this.

• Intially i am thinking we get the copyright from copyright detection like Copyright (c) 2009-2015, Kevin Decker <kpdecker@gmail.com>, but here All rights reserved. is missing. That create problem to handle this copyright, which is also extra-words.
• one thing that came in mind is to check the extra-words that contain Copyright words , if it is present, then it is sure that extra-words is copyright. And we improve the score i.e set to 100. what your thought on this??
• And one more thing that if we have extra-words at many place, like in this given eg. for that we check how many words that are extra-words after Copyright words then also we have to check extra-words at different place whether is these extra-words are at the right place or not.
