back2source: Add d2d mapping for Scala mapping

I ran the map_deploy_to_develop:Java pipeline in SCIO, but all .class files found in deploy side don't have match with the devel where the corresponding .scala files are found in the sources.

Testing:

• To test this, install and setup scancode.io by following the README and https://scancodeio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
• Create a new project
• Upload the devel and deploy files, select the "map_deploy_to_develop", and Select "Scala" option.

• Tag devel to with "from" tag and deploy to "to" tag

• The click on "Run pipelines"
• You will get the "Relations" with the mapping results
