How to create parameterized routing in abp blazor server?

In my project, I have projects and each project contains lot of issues, like github.

project url : www.issuetracker.com\firstproject
issue url : www.issuetracker.com\firstproject\issues\12

Is it possible to implement the same on ApplicationMenuItem class. I want first section should be project name, and second should be type and third section should be number.

                new ApplicationMenuItem(
                    EventHubMenus.OrganizationManagement.OrganizationMemberships,
                    l["Menu:OrganizationMemberships"],
