Arabic Localization (and right to left) in angular

I read in version 2.8.0 the abp should support Arabic and right to left https://blog.abp.io/abp/ABP-v2.8.0-Releases-%26-Road-Map

First I found the Arabic localization was not installed by default,
Second it does not add 'rtl' Class to the body class in angular

Did I missed anything?
