[GCP deployment issue] Failed to start VM: error waiting for vm: context deadline exceeded

Hi, i have pushed my terraform code and dockerfile in this repo. I was able to deploy Arrakis on GCP and set the URL to Arrakis MCP and asked cursor to list the sandboxes and it returned empty object. But when I tried to create a sandbox, the tool call was failing with the error: Failed to start VM: error waiting for vm: context deadline exceeded. Please help me. It will be super useful for me to use arrakis if this one worked.
