Enable TLS and mTLS termination for the MQTT adapter

The issue is a result of the discussion here:

The discussion is about wanting to have the adapter terminate TLS and mTLS traffic instead of doing it in nginx, similar to the other SuperMQ services, which are able to terminate TLS traffic.
