Input first matrix

n_A = []
for i in range(int_elements[0]):
n_A.append(list(map(int, input().split())))

Input second matrix

m_B = []
for i in range(int_elements[0]):
m_B.append(list(map(int, input().split())))

Convert the lists to NumPy arrays

a = np.array(n_A)
b = np.array(m_B)

Perform element-wise operations and print the results

print(np.add(a, b))
print(np.subtract(a, b))
print(np.multiply(a, b))
print(np.floor_divide(a, b)) # Perform integer division
print(np.mod(a, b))
print(np.power(a, b))
