Important bug fixes

• Instances sporadically get a random username's timeline for RSS feeds zedeus/nitter#428
  • Closed due to inactivity and the fact that the bug rarely occurs and is difficult to debug
• Pin Nim version per Building nitter manually fails zedeus/nitter#452 (comment)
