Provide motivating introduction including a graphical overview #36
Description
Add a motivating introduction to the Readme describing why SecureCheckPlus is useful and how it works. This should include a graphical overview over the components and the workflow (like in https://github.com/accso/SecureCheckPlus/blob/main/etc/images/diagram-threat-status-model.png) but less technical.
