Add fractures types (there are 4 of them).
Add penalties to arms actions if broken (weapon sway ++, reduced trigger ability (speed), longer reloading time, etc.).

Most serious leg fractures forbid jogging even with a splint and arm ones to throw hand grenades or similar stuff.
