The group (project) created for a OpenNeuro dataset should have a link back to the internal ON status page

Each registered OpenNeuro dataset in CBRAIN gets a page with the path /openneuro/{ds000000}/versions/{vvvv} ; a link back to that exact URL within the group's description would be welcome. Problem is, we don't have a way to markup URLs in a description of a group. To do too?

A somewhat simpler solution is just to allow admin to make all the url clickable (slack works well without having url markup)

We should also take the "Name" value out of the dataset_description.json and put it in the description attribute of the group and of the data provider.
