Feature flags

when building i personally would never use the oracle and duckdb features.
it would be useful to hide certain databases behind feature flags so people can choose what parts they want.
this would also create a smaller binary

proposed solution

• Add feature flags for different databases to enable database type features during build.
• default to build with all databases to maintain backwards compatibility.

@antedebaas thank you for the suggestion. In the meantime, you can use the musl feature flag to skip duckdb:
