Warning in testing for Ska3 Speedy (python 3.11)

We have started testing for the 2024 version of Ska3-flight, code-named Speedy.

The tests failed, but at this time it might be I just need a later version of acis_thermal_check. I will update later.

For now, the following is a warning that might be relevant:
