Video sticks when downloaded from Stripchat

The video gets stuck every 7-10 secs for a couple of secs, I dont know if this is an encoding issue or something else I have tried everything thats been posted nothing is working pls help, websites link are below from which this is happening:

these are cam sites and this was not the problem before but for the past couple of years this has been persistent and I was waiting for it to be fixed in an update patch but it has failed to do so currently it just downloads chunks in like 6 secs.

Pls help many people are using it for this.
