We can't get this functioning on 2 of our Windows 7 machines: No issues with our Windows 10 machines.

After installation under ICON | Settings:

Verifying Companion App… - keeps spinning

Verifying license… - keeps spinning

Hello,

After much trial and error. Looks like the app will install the plug-in for Windows 8, 10, and 1.. For some reason Windows 7 has a separate plug-in that's installed outside the app. Once done when you select ICON | Settings it's not trying to automatically update the plug-in and it's now usable and we can change the download directory.
