This tells me that you have not successfully registered your license. I don't question that you paid for a license, but you're not using it yet. Do this:

Once you've done that, you need to provide the information Matt already asked for. We need at least one URL of a web page on which there is a video that you are having trouble with. Do not just name a web site. Provide a specific URL to a web page where there is a video.
