What version of Ubuntu is installed and did you get the popup prompt in Firefox to give it permission access companion app. |

Good day,
The companion app is no longer working. I have installed the most recent version in multiple ways, taking information from the two suggested locations
https://www.downloadhelper.net/install-coapp-v2
https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/wiki/CoApp-not-recognized#ubuntu-and-flatpak--snap-based-systems
sudo apt-get install -y flatpak
flatpak permission-set webextensions net.downloadhelper.coapp snap.firefox yes
After each attempt, I refresh, terminate Firefox, recheck the companion app using the UI interface (see image)
All of the methods states the application states it has been installed but when I review the application, the companion app is not recognized
