Hi,

Many extensions were compromised, and VidHelper is on the list. Can you please clarify this situation and whether/when it was fixed?

Also, does this only affect the extension or does it also affect the download helper app?

You should look closely at the names on the list of extensions that were compromised. Our extension, the one we discuss in this forum is Video Download Helper. Read that again. Video Download Helper. VDH. You will NOT find that name on the list of compromised extensions. Read everything again. You are raising a false alarm.
