When I used it around February 2024, I was able to convert to any resolution and frame rate set in the conversion output without any problems, but I upgraded the version to use it for the first time in a long time, but I can no longer do it.

Conversion example
5760x2880 90fps → 3840x1920 60fps

(The preset "Re-encoded MP4 (h264/aac)" was converted without any problems.)

I don't know what the problem is, please help.

In "Re-encoded MP4 (h264/aac)", you can transition to the "Save file as..." screen after pressing the [Convert] button to complete the conversion, but even if you press the [Convert] button at any resolution set on the "Conversion output" screen, the screen does not transition and the conversion does not start.

I don't know if the developers of VDH intentionally removed the functionality, or if they couldn't implement it in the new interface, or if they were trying to sell only the conversion function as an additional feature...

I bought a license because it allows me to download and convert, so I'm going to do the conversion with another tool now, hoping that the VDH developers will support this feature again.

When I reverted to the version I was using about a year ago, I was able to convert it to any resolution without any problems.
Until you can convert with the latest version, it may be a good idea to use this setting that does not allow automatic updates of add-ons when using it only for conversion.
