When I reverted to the version I was using about a year ago, I was able to convert it to any resolution without any problems. Video DownloadHelper 8.0.0.6 |

Your question
I have translated and written into English for Japanese speakers.
I'm sorry if the expression is unnatural.
When I used it around February 2024, I was able to convert to any resolution and frame rate set in the conversion output without any problems, but I upgraded the version to use it for the first time in a long time, but I can no longer do it.
Conversion example
5760x2880 90fps → 3840x1920 60fps
(The preset "Re-encoded MP4 (h264/aac)" was converted without any problems.)
I don't know what the problem is, please help.
