I previously bought a perpetual license for VideoDownload Helper (email: [email protected]; version 9.1.2.0, last update 17/01/2025) but because of the PSU failure of the computer I was previously using I cannot access the registration code.
I am using a new computer (HP 14 Notebook/Win 11). And I have the issue of the QR Code now because of the problem mentioned above.

How do I obtain the record of the former purchase code so that I can update my Firefox installation and remove the QR from downloads?

Thanks, but I need the record from the site. The coapp is able to be licensed and that is the issue. Getting data now on a dead computer with a linux formatted drive.
