Video-Download-Helper greyed out on YouTube

As of 22/01/2025 the Video Download Helper icon is greyed out on all YouTube videos, but works fine on other websites. Have I accidentally altered something, or have YouTube somehow blocked it?

Sorry not an Answer but another question.
In UK in Both UK and USA (VPN) You tube downloader greyed out. I have Tried to Download the Beta version via the 1074 Comment above. But the INSTALL BETA FOR FIREFOX button seems dead.

I do not work for VDH. I'm just another user.

With Windows 11 Pro 64-bit version 24H2 build 26100.2894, Firefox 134.0.2 64-bit, licensed VDH 9.3.0.0 beta, CoApp 2.0.20, I successfully downlaoded your video. It played fine in VLC.

Firstly thank you for the reply & I appreciate your input. I am on Windows 10. And UNfortunately the install beta version button doesn't do anything. Still trying to figure things out. But once again thanks for your help.
