Issue with downloaded videos bring corrupted, using VideoDownloadhelper Chrome extension

Hi, I'm new to this platform, so I hope it's the right place to get help regarding "Video DownloadHelper" chrome extension with a purchased licence.

I downloaded Bluey videos off the ABC iView website, https://iview.abc.net.au/show/bluey
and while they did download, I later relised the videos were "currupted" if that's the right way to describe what I'm seeing (screenshot attached).

Hi, there is nothing wrong with the software and your license. However ABC iView uses DRM for protecting the content.
Nothing can be done about it as far as downloading is concerned. Screen recording could help but I'm not going to explain more
on that. Best for you to research it. Good luck.
