Announcement of update to DVH 9.1 when 9.3... already installed

On two separate PCs, in the last couple of days, I'm seeing a Firefox 134.0.2 browser page open with the "Welcome to VDH 9.1" banner (similar to what I'm used to seeing from time to time when updates are rollled out) but on both machines v9.3.0.1 is already installed. So, I'm a bit confused.

The only 'new' feature in this 'update' (and I'm not even sure if it's new or not) appears to be 'download history'.

As a side-note, VDH is not working with YT and hasn't been for several days at least.
