Can Only Download Low Quality/Resolution Videos From CloudFlareStream

Hello Friends,
New to the community here.
I am trying to download some training videos for offline viewing and have come across a issue that appears to affect all of the videos.

The videos are hosted on "cloudflarestream.com" which I think is part of the issue, perhaps the site is not supported very well by VDH. I am not sure.
I won't post the video URLs as I will first try to see if issue can be resolved without the URLs being shared.

When viewing/streaming the videos in my browser, I am able to select 1080p and actually view the videos in 1080p as shown here:

In VDH, these are the download options shown to me:

Now the issue is, when I select 1080p, the resulting video that is downloaded is either a 240p or 360p (very low res) video with working audio.
However, if I select 720p or 480p (or any other option other than 1080P), the resulting video that is downloaded is a medium to high resolution video with NO audio track.

How can I get VDH to download the video in 1080p resolution (or at least 720p) with the audio track included in the video?
I need high res to make out details in the video.

Should I just use like a video editing program (Movie Maker, ShotCut) to combine the high res video with the audio track?
There are almost 40 videos so this option would be quite time consuming.
Any VDH settings I can change?

There have been other cases like that, the software is improperly detecting the video and audio streams.
The ones that don't have audio actually have a second video track which is unusual. You could do as you said using a video editor.
Or use ffmpeg and to bring up the stream formats and download the highest quality with audio.

I don't know when it will be fixed, there have been some other discussions that have the same problem.
