Ok I think this site behaves like a site in another discussion. See #1882 If your familiar with command line tools like ffmpeg ( VDH uses it to handle the downloading ) or yt-dlp you can provide |

Basically it fails because the software needs a referer parameter
otherwise the sever will return a 403 forbidden error.
This means the dev would have to code that and I'm not the developer.
If your familiar with command line tools like ffmpeg ( VDH uses it to
handle the downloading ) or yt-dlp you can provide
referer parameter to the video you want to download.

This is my first time on the downloader help system. Been a user for several years and never had a problem. I'm having the same issue with Vimeo private, requires login credentials sent in an email, streaming of a documentary. How do I report this as an error or failure to work. I'm using version 9.3.7.2 in Firefox |

I do not work for VDH. I am just another user. Also, please read #2214. You might try the workaround given in #1707. Although the original issue occurred on YouTube, the technique I describe there is not unique to YouTube. It might work on your site as well. The only way to know is to try it & see. For the moment, VDH does not provide a way to select from among multiple audio tracks. We are hoping that will be in a future release but for now, we're stuck with #1707. |
