Video DownloadHelper no longer works

I initially installed Video DownloadHelper on May 10, 2023, and I purchased their "Lifetime Video DownloadHelper" on Sept 15, 2024 for $28.50, and it worked for several months. Two or three months ago it stopped working. I have tried to reach" Video DownloadHelper Support" for several months to no avail. Can you help me get it to run again or help me find "Video DownloadHelper Support" via Email or Phone? I have searched my Hotmail history but am not able to find any Emails from Video DownloadHelper.

I do not work for VDH. I am just another user.

Posting here is the way to contact VDH support. That is, official VDH support. You should not be surprised to learn that I am anything but official.

The problem creation process tried to get you to post certain details about your configuration & some URLs of samples that aren't working for you. You managed to ignore all of that. Bad move. Go back & supply all of that information.

VDH no longer responding to any Youtube videos. I have premium version. Icon stays grayed out when video starts. Message:
"No media to process in the current tab. Click play on video to help detect files…"
It was working fine until about a month ago. Is YT blocking download?
