Cannot Download Soap2Day Videos

Hi, when I attempt to download a file from https://ww25.soap2day.day/, I get the following error:

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!).

I am using the most updated version of videodownloaderhelper on Mozilla Firefox (Also most recent version)

Is there a way to get this to work? I thank you VERY MUCH for your help. :)

Doesn't look like it will work until it is fixed by the developer assuming you submitted the report. How much time do you want to wait
though ? It looks like it can work in other ways like VLC.
