Steam Broadcasts Download

Some times game pages on steam host a live/broadcast video of the devs talking about or playing their game. I would love to be able to save those videos since they can't be find anywhere else most of the times, but when I go in the browser version of steam and try to download the broadcast, it always fails. Does anyone know a solution?

I found a live stream, there are a few but the menu fills with small http media chunks. Looking in the developer tools I find something
which could work. The url has back slashes which would have to be removed.

It turns out that I could copy the url after pressing the button next to raw in the image, I pasted in a new tab and there is
detection. However after it starts downloading a little bit it stops abruptly. It doesn't look possible.
