It's probably something that might need a fix, but maybe you can work around it or not. Ctrl+A to select all on the page. |

I'm experiencing the exact same issue: I'm unable to download a video hosted on the Skool platform. I specifically purchased Video DownloadHelper (licensed version) for this purpose, so I really hope an update is planned to fix this problem soon. If no solution is provided, I'll have to look for an alternative. Thanks in advance for your help! |

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your feedback and the clarification about the referer
issue — that really helps make sense of the situation.
Do you happen to know the best way to notify the developer so they can take
this bug into account? Ideally, it would be great if they could fix it and
re-deploy the plugin, so that non-technical users like us can use it
properly on the Skool platform.
If there’s a link, an email, or any process to report this, I’d really
appreciate it.
Thanks again for your help!

… If it's anything like the other examples I've seen, it needs the referer
coded to the software otherwise there is a 403 error.
The developer needs to do this , I'm a user like you. I'm not even sure he
is aware of this problem or not.
Refer to the link just above to another discussion for an alternative that
works.

A new beta for Firefox has just been pushed out that resolves it by the developer. |

Hi, I’ve purchased the Chrome version of Video DownloadHelper, and I noticed that the Firefox version is considered a new product that requires a separate purchase. Thanks again for your help. |

Your question
Earlier skool videos could be downloaded, but now there is a constant error
"Download failed-

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!)"
I usually keep the mentorship videos for my reference as the access gets revoked, Please provide a solution for this I don't want to screen record hours of content. :((
