Mixed Downloader Licenses (Apparently)

I purchased Firefox and EDGE Video DownLoader licenses. The Firefox License purchased on Sept 15, 2024 ends in 72a. The EDGE License purchased May 12 ends with 6b3. Somehow Firefox Browser DownloadHelper thinks the Firefox license ending in 72a is for EDGE and has ceased working. The EDGE Browser DownloadHelper no longer works as well. Please tell me what to do. I also could use some help straightening out both licenses.

Also, EDGE seems to limit most downloads to 360p. Occasionally 1080p will show up, but 90% default to 360p
