extention no longer working

hi bought a license for this the other day - working fine. It now wont detect anything at all - no videos on any site.
yes, firefox is up to date, yes i tried reinstalling it, yes i tried restarting firefox
can anyone can help - I'm not really keen to keep using this if its so temperamental after a few days of use. Suddenly my workflow is completely janked as I try and solve whatever this is! Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

Where is it not working, any particular site ? Have you got an example to share.

Same issue. It's been happening for a week, it has stopped working in almost all sites.

Hiya Its stopped working on all sites - nothing on YT or other site where videos are embedded. Before it was working great - would literally download anything! Tried playing them as suggested this also doesn’t work. So when you mean stopped working, do you have detection or is it failing when the download starts ? I don't see the images either.
Not a connection problem such as VPN or Proxy ?

Images don't work via email, only on Github itself, also check anti virus and firewall are not blocking the companion app.

Hiya No detection is the main problem. I’m not using a VPN or proxy or anything Just up to date Firefox browser Any ideas?! Hmm ok But it was working - thats what I don’t understand. It was totally fine y; day and now it’s very much not working. Why would that happen all of a sudden? Would that be linked to firewall / companion app as why would it work then not? If you get me!

Mine stopped working too. Will not detect videos anywhere. All is up-to-date and nothing has changed regarding my internet or operating system. There is clearly a problem with the software that needs to be fixed by the developer

same here most sites hit or miss but mostly functioning fine but sankakucomplex specifically it wont detect any video at all even when playing. started about a week ago

@sheridan101 , you should look at this #2094 another user mentioned this site. They must have changed something for there to be no detection.

The application also stopped working for me.
I am a long-time, satisfied user. I use Windows 10 - no changes in security, I do not use VPN, I still use the same internet access, Firefox browser is up to date, reinstalled (no change).
Previously, completely without problems on Youtube (paid access without ads) and other platforms.
Duration of the problem about 14 days - but before that I did not use the application for a long time.
Description of the process:
The video is detected by the color of the icon in the bar, including the number of detected videos
I press the Download button, it turns red but within about 3 seconds it turns blue again and a message appears: "Download failed.
We are sorry, but downloading this specific media failed. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would be very helpful if you reported this error!"
After reporting, the button changes color to green and the inscription to "Reported, thanks!".

I tried installing on Edge - it doesn't work either
