Same browser, same settings, different computers and OS

I exported the settings and imported them to another computer.

On the first one, downloads work perfectly with Windows 10.

On the other, with Windows 11, the video isn't detected and can't be downloaded.

The only difference is the OS, same browser, same video, same settings.

What could be happening?
