Unable to launch Mac application to activate the license on Firefox

What's your issue?

Purchased a premium version of the app/extension (under email [email protected]) to be used on a Apple-silicon Macbook Pro. It says that the license needs to be activated through the app, which I downloaded and installed, unfortunately it won't run. When launching it, nothing happens. How can I get a refund please ?

Thanks. It wasn't clear to me that the Chrome extension wouldn't allow high resolution download...and I'm a Chrome user so the extension wouldn't have helped anyhow.

@bostella34 , I think there is some misunderstanding. You have the extension in the browser which does the detection.
The companion app handles the download and other things the extension can't do. The app is not meant to be launched.
It operates in the background, only the extension interacts with the app. The license itself is added in the extension under the
settings menu should you ever want to purchase again.
