Need help setting license key

What's your issue?

I purchased a firefox license on my macbook. I'm trying to use the license on my windows computer by copying the license key over to my windows desktop. But it's not saving

Did you click on the "Check license key" link just under the license key? https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/wiki/V9-interface#validate-your-license-key

Yes I did, I copy pasted my license and clicked "check license key" and then it would say "verifying license..." and then license not set.
