Also wondering if I should get ahold of them to tell them it was a mistake, or is that a bad idea? |

It’s indeed possible for a website to put system in place to detect abnormal activities and maybe flag your IP. Usually a VPN can help. |

Your question
I'm wondering Did they know because I went through videos so quickly, or can they actually see that I'm downloading the videos? I got through maybe 35 videos before it just blacked out & showed the suspension, it said the first warning was an email, which I didn't see.
Is there any way I can keep downloading videos when my account is reinstated, any way that I can go undetected? I was using a VPN when downloading the videos (Mullvad). It says on their terms & conditions it says this:
"Additionally, you will not engage in leeching, Downloading, repurposing content, or any other activity other than viewing the Online Tutorial Library™ through a web browser or N.E.D.i on the iPhone or iPod Touch. Should you engage in such activities, Ask.Video reserves the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law."
So I don't want to push them to sue me or anything. I'm not downloading these videos to share, just to add to my tutorials for a piece of software that I love. I tried using JDownloader, it doesn't get anywhere. I would really like to get the remaining 4 or 5 courses that I was working on downloading.
Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
