VDH Writing Checks They Can't Cash

What's your issue?

Since 2015, I've been praising VDH in my reviews up and down. Purchased their "lifetime" license a few times for Firefox and Chrome. Finally, in 2025 after being a faithful customer for 20 years, I figured I'd see if their walk was as big as their talk. Tried to enter my key for Firefox. It came back saying, "Sorry, your license is locked, check your email".

So I checked my email, nothing there. I guess my "lifetime" license has expired again and I have to buy another one. Sure glad my actual life doesn't expire as quickly as my lifetime license from VDH.

Well number one did you read my message it said that I didn't get an email from you. And number two did you read my message it said my license is still valid but it's locked what the hell does that mean?

The license is unlocked but you need to revalidate your key: https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/wiki/V9-interface#validate-your-license-key
