Recently my main box crashed taking down all my data on the SSD. I have managed to recover the license but when I attempt to install it on the new PC, it says it is locked (apparently this is after 8 separate installs). I found a thread which stipulates the requirement of sending an email to unlock the new installation and allow me to use the original license. I am the sole owner of the license. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
