I opened the embed link and it says watch on the website. After that you have a few server options.
Server 1 fails so pick one of the other options that work.

Thanks but my error report is not about alternative downloads and trying other mirrors. vdh fails to download the working embedded stream.

Alright if you want to do it like that, see the screen shot of your example embedded. Click the servers button and choose Vsrc option.
The point is if one source doesn't work, move on to another source which does work.
