Can't download videos from Digital Concert Hall

This started a few days ago. I am not sure what changed. The site is technically paid but one can easily make account (without credit card) using a temp email service like Guerrilla Mail and one can get a 7 day trial easily.

The download does start technically but then stops after 30-40% and there is no further change. It doesn't even fail. It is just stuck at that.

I am technically using Vivaldi 7.4.3684.55 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

Your using a older version for chrome, the current version is 9.5.0.1 so perhaps you should try that and see if it helps.

Is beta no longer updated? I migrated to 9.5.0.1 - same issue.

How many downloads do you do from this site on average, perhaps they have some limit. Try a VPN to change IP address.
