When I visited the web page whose URL you posted, all I got was something in a language that looked like Russian. When I pushed the text on that page through Google Translate, it told me that indeed it was Russian. But what it said was that I am geoblocked from viewing that content. Oh well. Too bad.

I looked and no block, it does fail for me as well. If I open the stream link which is m3u8 in a new tab I get 410 gone error
which I assume why it fails. It throws that error if the stream link is opened outside of the site.
