Refund request – License does not download from website

What's your issue?

I'm trying to download from a specific website, but a message like the one below appears and I can't download it

Sadly we failed at downloading that specific media. We try to support as many websites as possible, so it would help a lot if you could report that error (it's anonymous!)

Since it was my main reason for buying the license, I would like to kindly request a refund.
