Hello, I am using your program well. Thank you for your service always. The download is not progressing from the site I have been downloading continuously for a month. The phenomenon is as follows.

1. a problematic phenomenon
   -A month ago, the video was detected by running the video, and it could be downloaded through the VDH extension
   -But since a month ago, it hasn't been downloaded (video is detected when running)
   -Videos with short playback times are sometimes downloaded, but videos with long playback times (more than 3 to 4 minutes) are not downloaded
   -There are few errors that cancel the download immediately when the VDH download button is pressed

What should I do to solve this phenomenon?

And I would like to ask the VDH developer to reflect the download resolution request for the site in the next update, is there a way to ask the developer directly (I can't find the email address)

I see the companion app is not found, either it is not installed or antivirus/firewall has blocked it. It would fail if you're using the
companion app to handle the download if it is not found. The site uses standard mp4 files which the browser could handle on it's own.
I believe standard mp4 files don't show a resolution in the menu. If it's a chunked stream it will show a resolution in the menu but not
on kissjav it seems.

It was downloaded from the website as a Firefox extension until a month ago, but suddenly it hasn't been downloaded since a month ago, so I was wondering why. So will this be resolved if I install coapp and download it through it? (I'm currently not using a virus antivirus program or firewall program.)
